• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/accounts
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality control checks
• Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements
• Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated to operations teams
• Manage client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Coordinate with Director of Operations and Enhancements on service delivery
• Track account performance, satisfaction, and retention
• Assist in contract renewals and expansions
• Provide detailed reporting to clients when needed
