Job description

Job Summary
Work directly with the Professional Staff and Pro Shop Manager to insure the successful operation of the Pro Shop daily procedures.
Requirements
- Provide an exceptional member and guest experience in the Pro Shop by guaranteeing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Be a key "front-line" staff member by being visible and accessible to the membership.
- Perform the daily operations at the pro-shop counter and other related areas.
- Act as main support staff member for the Pro Shop retail operations.
- Provide unequaled service in all areas of the Golf Operations on a daily, consistent basis.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Responsible for member billing of golf and merchandise sales.
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach, and also able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
