The clinic is located in a vibrant area of Santa Ana, known for its accessibility and community-oriented atmosphere. Our outpatient facility boasts modern equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to make our patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, in a collaborative setting where teamwork and communication are paramount.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at addressing each patient’s unique goals and requirements.
• Manage a diverse caseload, seeing one patient per hour, and provide them with high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and modalities, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at improving function and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal care delivery throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, primarily using WebPT.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Pro Elite, you will primarily serve patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patient population typically includes active individuals seeking to regain mobility and athletes aiming to return to sport. You will play a key role in their recovery by promoting injury prevention strategies and implementing tailored rehabilitation protocols.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required, with preference given to those holding a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in developing personalized exercise protocols.
• Strong capability in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain concise and accurate patient records.
• A proven track record exhibiting no disciplinary actions against your professional license.

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with current evidence-based practices in physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation strategies.
• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual patient needs.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
