This role is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technology designed to enhance treatment effectiveness. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and a holistic approach to care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies using evidence-based approaches, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as indicated.
• Educate patients on best practices for injury prevention and the use of home exercise programs to enhance recovery and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and legal regulations, ensuring all patient records are current and accessible.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment protocols and share insights on patient progress.

Our clinic serves a varied patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with patients of all ages, tailoring approaches to meet their specific rehabilitation needs and personal goals. Building rapport and trust with patients is crucial, as effective communication plays a significant role in their recovery journey.

• Active California Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred).
• Strong foundational knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Proficiency in using therapeutic exercises and modalities relevant to orthopedic physical therapy.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a clinical setting focusing on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with manual therapy techniques and strong clinical reasoning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to educate patients effectively, highlighting the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Experience working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
