This position is primarily based in clients’ homes, which allows for personalized care in a familiar environment. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will provide treatments in varying settings, customizing approaches to meet each patient's unique situation. Your work will involve direct interaction with patients, enhancing their rehabilitation experience through tailored therapies and motivational support. You will join a supportive team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, all dedicated to fostering a collaborative and encouraging work atmosphere.

• Assess patient needs efficiently by conducting thorough evaluations of their physical conditions and mobility issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific objectives and enhance recovery outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring ample time for comprehensive assessments and follow-ups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols, tailored to each patient’s requirements.
• Educate patients on non-surgical treatment options, focusing on rehabilitation strategies to reduce reliance on medications.
• Create a motivating environment that encourages patient engagement in their rehabilitation process and promotes adherence to treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, tracking progress against established care plans.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery.

The primary focus of this role is on orthopedic patients recovering from various musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a diverse patient base, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and age-related mobility issues. Your ability to connect with patients and foster trust will greatly influence their rehabilitation success.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and care management.

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, particularly in home care or community-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with creating and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivating and empowering patients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
