The 'Core 3' typically refers to three key areas of focus: strength, mobility, and stability, which are essential for rehabilitation and injury prevention. Licensed physical therapists at Core 3 Physical Therapy assess each patient's unique needs and develop customized exercises and therapies to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
