The selected candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where collaboration thrives among multidisciplinary teams. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance within the healthcare setting.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical capabilities and limitations using specialized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evaluation outcomes, ensuring a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.
• Administer treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training, to enhance recovery and improve quality of life.
• Regularly review and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and address any complications that arise during the treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, complying with all state and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in facility meetings to contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care.

As a Physical Therapist at Restore Pro Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with an outpatient orthopedic population, treating individuals with a variety of physical challenges including post-operative care, sports injuries, and age-related conditions. Your expertise will directly aid in restoring movement and function, leading to improved health outcomes. Your compassionate approach to care will ensure that each patient feels supported and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is required to effectively manage the caseload.
• Active CPR certification to ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care coordination.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and continuous education on emerging rehabilitation techniques.
