Schedule: PRN (Per Diem) | pick up shifts | work an average of 3 shifts per calendar month 
Shift Premiums:  Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00 | Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50
Pay Range: $39.48 - $46.91/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health. You'll lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care. This role is perfect for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making a daily impact in long-term or geriatric care.
  • Deliver Direct Nursing Care - Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs and wound care.
  • Conduct Health Assessments - Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to the clinical team.
  • Monitor and Adjust Care Plans - Observe residents for adverse reactions or side effects and update care plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate Interdisciplinary Care - Work with teams to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Supervise and Mentor Staff - Oversee nursing assistants and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
