Position: PRN Registered Nurse

Location: Detroit, MI, USA

Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PRN Registered Nurse to join our team in Detroit, MI. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a full-time, PRN basis, providing care to patients in various healthcare settings.

PRN LTAC Day Shifts Detroit – Looking for candidates who can work 1-2 shifts/week – Prefer ICU or LTAC ICU experience with Critical Drip knowledge.

Required Qualifications
* Active MI or Compact RN License
* BLS & ACLS
* 1 year of recent experience in an ICU/PCU/Step-down unit in Hospital or LTAC setting

3 Most Important Qualifications/Skills:
1. Experience with vents/trachs/critical drips
2. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
3. Open availability for scheduling

Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor patient's health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physician

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
