Private security contract jobs include working as personal security for individuals, as private security for an institution such as a bank or money transportation service, or with the federal government, especially in providing ancillary or supplementary services to military operations. As a private security contractor, your primary responsibilities are to protect your client or vital infrastructure. You may also carry out information-gathering duties before a subject arrives at a dangerous location, such as when a diplomat visits a war zone, for example. In domestic security, you patrol a property, such as a hospital, and help maintain safety at the location.
