Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy
Reliable, insured vehicle
Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
Daily access to RNS email
Fluent in English
Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role

Responsibilities:
Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client’s family, and RNS case manager
Assist with activities of daily living, including monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed
Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable
