We are seeking an experienced and skilled Private Home Chef to provide exceptional culinary experiences within a private residence. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating healthy and personalized dishes while catering to the unique preferences and dietary requirements of the family.

The right candidate maintains a high level of professionalism, is detail oriented, polished, creative, kind, and caring. Is able to cook dishes with Avocado oil (not butter) Organic, low carb, low calorie, vegetarian creative dishes.

Responsibilities:

·         Menu Planning: Develop creative and diverse menus that align with the tastes, preferences, and dietary needs of the household members.

·         Culinary Execution: Prepare healthy low calorie, low carb meals using fresh, organic, and high-quality ingredients, ability to create a wide variety of vegetarian based dishes while still able to mix in poultry & fish on occasion, cooking with avocado oils, employing various cooking techniques to deliver exceptional flavors and presentation.

·         Lunch & Dinner Meal Service: Ensure timely and professional meal service, for daily meals and/or special occasions.

·         Confidentiality: Maintain utmost discretion and professionalism in dealing with the household's private affairs.

·         Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen and workspaces are clean and well-maintained at all times.

·         Kitchen Management: Manage the household kitchen, including inventory management, grocery shopping, and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools.

·         Budget Management: Efficiently manage the food budget, ensuring cost-effective ingredient sourcing while maintaining culinary excellence.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience as a Private Household Chef held within private residences for a min of 5+ years.

·         A culinary degree or equivalent culinary training is preferred, but not required.

·         Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan menus, manage kitchen operations, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when discussing meal preferences and requirements with household members.

·         Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a private setting, respecting the privacy and preferences of the household.

·         Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

·         The ability to travel with the family as needed is required.
