POSITION SUMMARY

The Private Client Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for prospective clients referred to Brunswick Private Client through our network of trusted advisors and strategic partners.


This individual guides clients through Brunswick's proprietary risk assessment and advisory process, providing thoughtful education, personalized recommendations, and an exceptional client experience from introduction through implementation. Success in this role comes from building trust, communicating complex insurance concepts with confidence, and developing lasting relationships with both clients and referral partners.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Advisory

โ€ข Lead consultative conversations with prospective high-net-worth clients to understand their insurance needs, risk exposures, and long-term objectives.

โ€ข Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions.

โ€ข Deliver personalized insurance recommendations in a clear, professional, and client-focused manner.


Relationship Management

โ€ข Serve as the primary point of contact for referred clients throughout the advisory process.

โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and other referral partners, becoming a trusted extension of their client service team.

โ€ข Deliver a concierge-level experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.


Collaboration & Execution

โ€ข Partner closely with Brunswick's internal underwriting and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

โ€ข Coordinate the information necessary to develop comprehensive insurance recommendations.

โ€ข Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

โ€ข Facilitate a smooth transition to the ongoing service team following implementation.
