Job description

Role Overview

Our Associate Advisors play a key role in delivering exceptional client experience and supporting senior advisors in all aspects of planning and relationship management. The Associate Advisor will work closely with senior advisors to prepare investment plans, support client relationships, and ensure high‐quality execution across planning, investment management, and service workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‐oriented, growth‐minded, and eager to advance toward a lead advisor position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive wealth planning and client service.
  • Build and update wealth plans using eMoney, including data gathering, plan input, scenario modeling, and client portal support.
  • Prepare meeting materials, review documents, and follow‐up summaries for client appointments.
  • Assist with investment analysis, portfolio reviews, and account maintenance.
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests.
  • Manage ongoing client communication, including service requests, updates, and proactive outreach.
  • Participate in client meetings as appropriate and gradually take on more direct client interaction.
  • Contribute to practice efficiency through process improvement and documentation.


Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in investment planning, wealth management, or advisory support.
  • Proficiency with eMoney preferred.
  • Solid understanding of wealth planning concepts (retirement, investments, insurance, tax basics).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client‐facing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward CFP® or CFA or willingness to pursue it strongly preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 securities registrations (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
