Position Overview: 
Lead the development and expansion of our private brands while driving key corporate initiatives for new business growth. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of private brand products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives. Additionally, the Brand & Marketing Manager will oversee the company’s marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Private Brands Development:

· Lead the end-to-end development of private brand products and projects, including product ideation, packaging, branding, and positioning.

· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

· Collaborate with suppliers, merchandizing, operation and procurement teams to ensure quality, pricing, and sourcing strategies align with company goals.

· Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive awareness and sales of private brand products.

· Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Corporate Business Development Projects:

· Identify and lead strategic corporate initiatives aimed at expanding GMI Corp.’s market presence and business growth.

· Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, procurement, and marketing teams to implement new business strategies.

· Oversee the launch and execution of new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

· Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs for corporate projects.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive long-term innovation.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

· Plan and oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and influencer partnerships.

· Drive retail and e-commerce marketing strategies to optimize product performance across different sales channels.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and merchandising strategies.

· Analyze marketing data, sales trends, and customer insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or business development (experience in retail, CPG, or the food industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of private label branding, product development, and go-to-market strategies.

· Expertise in digital marketing, social media.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and business growth.

· Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting market data and financial reports.

· Proven leadership in cross-functional team collaboration.
