Job Description
Olsson has an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the construction closeout process for complex data center projects, ensuring all documentation, redlines, as-builts, and turnover deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will oversee closeout activities from field verification through final turnover, managing redline processes, conducting as-built audits, performing QA/QC reviews of project deliverables, and coordinating with contractors, trade partners, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving accountability, identifying and resolving issues that could impact project schedules, and ensuring all closeout requirements are met.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover.
