Responsibilities

May assist with payroll and billing, accounts payable, record keeping, data entry, report preparation. and copying and filing Adheres to facilities established standards of practice, policies, and procedures. Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all financial data. Maintains the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature.  Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program / practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs / practices. Coordinate and attends in-services, training, and meetings as required. Administration of organizational requests and queries from Director, Executive Director or Designee in tasks and clerical support in a variety of areas Intervene and problem solve issues effectively and efficiently Maintain all reports and files in compliance with regulations and gather electronic records requests received from clients Maintain the highest standard of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature. Prepare internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence Order and maintain supplies Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A minimum of High School diploma or equivalent or an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of two years administrative office experience
