Quality Engineer

Greater Cleveland Area | On-Site

$78,500 – $85,500 + Incentive


Search Made Easy is working with a stable, regulated manufacturing organization in the Greater Cleveland area seeking a Quality Engineer to support multi-site quality performance.


This is not a pure inspection role. It’s focused on root cause, metrics, and reducing quality escapes across operations.


What this role touches:

• Internal and external quality escapes

• Root Cause & Corrective Action (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)

• Quality metrics and customer scorecards

• Inspection process improvement

• Continuous Improvement initiatives

• Cross-site quality collaboration


Background we’re targeting:

• 2–7 years in manufacturing quality

• Regulated environment experience preferred (automotive, aerospace, similar)

• Ability to read prints and technical drawings

• Strong Excel / data comfort

• Exposure to ISO or AS-based systems

• Six Sigma experience is a plus


Bachelor’s preferred, but practical shop-floor quality experience carries weight.
