As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving user acquisition and optimizing marketing performance across international digital products. Working in a data-driven environment, you will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and maximize return on investment. Collaborating closely with acquisition, product, and analytics teams, you will transform insights into actionable strategies that improve user engagement and business outcomes. This position offers significant ownership, the opportunity to influence marketing decisions through experimentation, and the chance to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where innovation and continuous learning are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics across marketing funnels and acquisition channels to improve user conversion and overall product performance.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, LTV, ARPU, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, GGR, and NGR, providing actionable recommendations to maximize marketing efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and optimization opportunities across user acquisition and product performance.
  • Audit and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, creatives, and user journeys to improve acquisition efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop, test, and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and experimentation to continuously enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities to support strategic marketing initiatives and expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, support product growth initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics with responsibility for optimizing paid traffic performance.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, conversion funnels, and customer lifecycle analysis.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar reporting tools.
  • Solid knowledge of user segmentation, cohort analysis, customer journey mapping, and user flow optimization.
  • Hands-on experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests to support marketing and product optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analytical insights clearly.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, traffic buying (CPL/CPA models), advertising networks, Binom, Keitaro, or UX optimization is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote full-time position with the flexibility to work from Europe.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise.
  • Flexible work environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • 20 paid vacation days, public holidays, and paid sick leave.
  • Comprehensive private health insurance, including mental health support.
  • Monthly flexible benefits budget that can be used for hobbies, sports, wellness, or personal interests.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget, including professional training, workshops, language courses, and educational resources.
  • Opportunity to attend industry conferences, team events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
