Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst
Remote
Long Term Contract
Looking for:
  • Full life-cycle implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM as a Techno-Functional resource with emphasis on Oracle Global Payroll and Absence Management
  • The candidate should have implemented many customers that utilize US payroll and is familiar with the complexities of the various state requirements
  • Have in-depth knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Absence Configurations - Able to configure Complex Absence Plans, Define Absence Reasons/Types, establishing Certification requirements etc.; Create and Update Fast Formulas as needed to meet requirements
  • Have in-depth knowledge in Payroll Configurations - Able to configure Payroll Elements, Calculation Cards, Balances, Tax Reporting etc. as Per Business requirements.
  • Able to Configure and troubleshoot Payroll to third Party integrations Tasks (Bank, Tax Compliance Service provider etc.)
  • Have in-depth knowledge of how Absence elements are associated with Payroll calculations and compliance.
  • Have working knowledge of Oracle Tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.
• Hands on experience implementing new instances of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• 5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM
• Functional knowledge of the source/target modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences
• Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables required to import Worker related data.
