What You Will Do:

Tool Engineering Acquisition & Prism Administrator will be responsible for updating how the Tool Engineering team acquires Special Tooling in compliance as outlined within the FAR. This also includes creating training materials to be flowed out across our team. and conducting training for our recently merged Tooling teams.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tool acquisition training
  • Developing training for web-based tool acquisition application
  • Harmonizing tool request system across RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups
  • Developing performance metrics for tool design/fabrication operations
  • Guiding transition from ZITOOL to TPRS

This is a part time 20 hour per week job.

This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ facility.


Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience training tooling professionals at all levels
  • Experience developing performance metrics for tooling operations

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with government property requirements associated with the acquisition of Special Tooling
  • Prism ZITOOL function experience
  • Previous Prism BPE experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with SAP/Prism
  • Basic Creo & PDM experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
