Job Title:                               Financial Analyst 

Department / Division:        Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting / Financial Planning & Analysis 

Salary Grade:                       EX2 15    

Salary Range:                       $87,200-$94,000 per year plus an annual bonus 

Location:                               Ada, MI 

*Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be available to report in=person to Ada from Monday-Thursday as part of our collaboration days*

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Global Technology team. In this critical role, you will guide strategic financial decisions and spending for a key area of the company, partnering directly with executive leadership to drive business performance. 

If you are passionate about financial analysis in a dynamic, global setting, this role offers the opportunity to provide valuable financial insights that inform decisions across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Global Technology operations, offering clarity to leaders on what is driving performance and enabling informed decision-making. Your ability to collaborate with senior business leaders, interpret complex financial data, and communicate actionable insights will be highly valued. With Technology being a major focus of corporate investment, you will have a direct hand in prioritizing initiatives and providing financial oversight for areas critical to our company's growth and success. 

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field 
  • Three years of experience in a financial analysis role with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive process improvements 
  • Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and GAAP Standards 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EBS
