Role: Sales Representative- Commission Based

  • The Commission-Based Professional Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals.
  • This role operates on a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding successful sales performance.

Role Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
  • Greet Customers: Welcome customers arriving at the dealership.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and needs.
  • Provide transparent information about new and used cars, financing options, and features.
  • Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Cold-call or visit prospects to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit for the offerings.

Consultative Selling and Relationship Building:
  • Understand client needs and pain points.
  • Present tailored solutions and demonstrate value.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Process:
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about automotive trends and product updates.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
