Now Hiring: Print & Mail Site Lead

Are you a detail-oriented leader with experience in print and mail operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing teams, ensuring quality, and optimizing production? If so, we want you on our team!


What You Will Do:

âś” Lead day-to-day print and mail operations
âś” Oversee quality control and workflow efficiency
âś” Work with state-of-the-art printing & mailing equipment (Canon 8000 & 750, Quadient, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Neopost)
âś” Collaborate with customers and provide status updates
âś” Train and guide staff, ensuring cross-functional expertise
âś” Identify cost-saving opportunities & process improvements


You’re A Great Fit If You Have:

3+ years of leadership experience in print/mail operations
Strong computer skills and knowledge of FTP, Adobe, Fiery, and graphics software (a plus)
Experience with digital printing, mail inserters, folding equipment, and finishing tools
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to changing workloads


Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma required; 2+ years of college or technical training preferred
Experience: 3-5 years in a printing & mailroom environment or equivalent
