Job description

Reporting To: Sr. Dir. of Brand Operations

Location: New York, Hybrid

About Our Role

This role ensures the seamless execution and on-time delivery of branded and creative elements for all new openings and operating hotels by coordinating closely with our studio team, third party vendors, and property team members.

Essential Functions
  • Project Manage Brand Studio Work: Coordinate intake, brief development, and project timelines for all brand studio initiatives; lead regular progress reviews to track deliverables and ensure branded assets are produced on time.
  • Pre-Opening OSE & Product Ordering Management: Document specifications for all OSE, track orders and deliveries (working with an outside procurement agent), hand off specs to properties for ongoing orders, and manage budget reconciliation.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor portfolio-wide specifications and work with preferred vendors to ensure reliable service and best pricing for our properties.
  • Brand Connection Point for property teams: Coordinate day-to-day requests from property teams, maintain asset inventory for each property, and document standard concerns for review by Sr. Dir. of Brand Operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing vendors, product specifications, or OS&E procurement, including coordinating pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Experience in creative project management preferred
  • Brand operations experience overseeing production print, merch, digital, email, product development preferred
  • Comfort owning timelines and holding teams accountable with the ability to track multiple timelines, vendors, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and adaptable to different working styles.
  • Hospitality experience preferred ideally supporting multi-property environments or new openings.
  • Experience using project management tools is preferred (Asana experience is even better)
