Job description

The Office Services Print Production Associate is responsible for managing high-volume print and document production in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role supports internal clients by producing high-quality printed materials, including pitch books, presentations, and client-facing documents, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
The Associate plays a key role in maintaining efficient print workflows and supporting broader office services functions as needed.
Pay Range: $22-$24/hr.
Shift: Tuesday - Thursday: 1pm - 9pm. Fri-Sat: 1pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities
Print Production & Document Services

  • Manage high-volume print production, including pitch books, presentations, and client materials
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain digital and offset printing equipment
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm standards
  • Coordinate binding, finishing, and delivery of printed materials
  • Handle scanning, copying, and document preparation requests
  • Maintain organized print queues and workflows to meet tight deadlines
Office Services Support
  • Assist with additional office services tasks as needed, including mailroom operations, supply ordering, and special projects
  • Support time-sensitive requests and respond to urgent client needs with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked print and copy center
Qualifications
  • Strong background in professional print production; corporate, legal, or banking experience preferred
  • Proficiency with high-volume copiers, printers, and finishing equipment
