Job description

Candidiate would be responsible for managing the end-to-end print production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate print materials from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of print production, including scheduling, vendor management, and delivery timelines
  • Review and prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and specifications
  • Communicate with designers, marketing teams, and external print vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage budgets for print projects
  • Monitor production progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during printing or finishing
  • Conduct quality control checks on proofs and final printed materials
  • Maintain organized records of projects, vendors, and production timelines
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and print specifications
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in print production, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of print processes (offset, digital, large format, finishing techniques)
