Job description

The idea Production Manager position has a knowledge of production methods, material/supply management, proper material application know how, job estimating experience and work flow management. They need to be able to work in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment creating and installing sign and graphic products for many different business applications. This job also requires a degree of creativity as we are always looking to develop new techniques, applications and products that stand apart from existing signage.
Experience with cnc operation, lazer engraving, wide format printing and color matching, dimensional letter fabrication and installation, channel letter installation, light electrical, painting, carpentry, vinyl application and removal techniques are all beneficial. This list could be much longer, but curiosity, drive, intellect, confidence, determination with a good mix of problem solving skills can accomplish a great many things and those are the qualities that matter most to us.
