The ideal candidate has strong skills in B2B marketing, with knowledge and experience of digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, events and media. In addition, a strong business acumen to lead data-driven end-to-end marketing, from insights to execution with proven ability to measure ROI.
Responsibilities
  • Design and own a full-funnel orchestrated campaign for a specific segment/initiative and lead the implementation of Demand Generation, Nurturing, and ABM tactics (media, webinars, events, email, etc.). Define the necessary scope and implementation plan based on business goals, segment priorities, and budget allocation.
  • Understand digital buyer's journey and leverage customer insights to define touchpoints, with audience-specific value propositions and compelling reasons to act.
  • Play the entire funnel - from top-of-mind awareness through consideration and preference to purchase, for the owned campaign.
  • Collaborate and coordinate internal and external campaign stakeholders (sales, HP center of excellence (COE) teams, Marketing Ops, extended marketing team, as well as external vendors and 3rd party providers).
  • Assess the performance and return on the campaign's marketing investment (ROMI) and analyze and report regular results, contribution, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Full budget responsibility for the campaign, including the planning, allocation and negotiations for the dedicated marketing activities.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices in the Enterprise by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts, experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.

Education And Experience Required
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • +6 years marketing experience.
  • B2B segment experience desired.
  • Knowledge of digital, social and content marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Written and oral communications skills, including negotiating, presenting, and influencing.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP.
  • Pragmatic approach to managing crises - someone who always finds a way to "get it done."
  • Passionate, driven, dependable and transformational.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and globally - approximately 15%

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
