Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at ABC Imaging, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their printing, production, and graphic communication needs are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role bridges client service and print production coordination, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications
  • Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionally
  • Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams
