 Heartland Label Printers, LLC, founded in 1990, specializes in manufacturing high-quality stock and custom-printed direct thermal and thermal transfer labels. Operating from a state-of-the-art 100,000-square-foot facility in Little Chute, WI, the company has grown to include an additional facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Position Summary

This position supports Press Operators by supplying machines with the appropriate raw materials to meet production goals while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Approximately 60% of the role involves operating a forklift for stocking and inventory management.

Essential Functions
  • Review work orders to determine required materials and quantities for each machine; strong multitasking skills are essential.
  • Operate hand and powered lift equipment to ensure machines are properly stocked for upcoming jobs, maintaining organized and designated storage areas.
  • Maintain and monitor raw material storage and usage.
  • Manage inventory processes and systems accurately.
  • Remove unused materials, pallets, and supplies upon job completion and return them to appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Empty waste and recycling containers as needed.
  • Maintain and operate the compactor.
  • Ensure that warehouse areas comply with 5S standards.
  • Assist with unloading delivery trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED

High School Diploma or GED.

Must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Forklift preferred.
