Job description

Black Bird Design is currently seeking an employee to run our automatic and manual presses. Experience is a major plus!! However, if you have the desire, drive, and right personality we would be willing to train you!


As you learn the trade we will cross-train you in other aspects of our company as well.

Black Bird Design offers health insurance, retirement options, 1 week paid time off, and paid holidays to full-time employees.


Job Duties Include: receive/check in inventory, sort orders, burn screens, register screens, print on screen printing press, catch/fold/package completed orders, and reclaim/coat screens.

The job duties listed above are skills that can be taught so don’t be discouraged if you are not familiar with some or any for that matter. If you have no experience it’s ok, the only requirements we have are the following:


Impeccable Time Management- we can’t stress this enough, we are crazy busy and have deadlines. If you can manage your workload and hit deadlines thats a huge plus!

Attention To Detail- We are a print shop and we run on a manual press...Mistakes will happen and we get that. It’s noticing when a print doesn’t look quite right and asking for help to ensure a quality product is being turned out.


Organization- The print room will be your domain, we just ask that you keep it organized. Inks and inventory should be kept neat, and orders should be separated.

Self-Motivated- We are a small company, expect to work independently on orders and in the dark room preparing orders.


Strong Work Ethic- Since we are a small company we are extremely dedicated to every aspect of it’s operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and has a positive attitude.


The ability to lift 50 plus pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.


Transportation to get to and from work at scheduled times.
