ADVERTISING & PRINT SHOP ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Advertising & Print Shop Associate tojoin our team at AMCON
Distributing Company. In this role, you will be responsiblefor designing, producing, printing, and distributingsignage and marketing materials that support AMCON's retail partners and internal initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Advertising team, Sales Department, and Retail Partners to deliver accurate, timely, and visually compelling materials that enhance promotional execution and brand consistency. This position requires strong design capabilities, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Design and produce high-quality signage, promotional materials, handouts,and digital assets to supportretail partner programs and company initiatives.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with team members to develop creative and innovative marketing solutions aligned with promotional objectives.
• Accurately transfer promotional data, pricing, item numbers, and other details into design layouts while ensuring complete accuracy.
• Proofread materials thoroughly to verify pricing, item numbers, grammar, spelling, and layout consistency prior to production.
• Submit drafts for approval, implement revisions based on feedback, and finalize materials within established timelines.
• Manage multiple project timelines (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) independentlywhile maintaining qualityand efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with retail partners, Sales team members, and internal departments regarding program details, signage updates, and project adjustments.
• Operate and maintain office and production equipment including copiers, large-format printers, stack cutters, laminators, binders, postage scales, and related tools.
• Perform hands-on production tasks including cutting, assembling, counting, packaging, and preparing materials for distribution.
• Ensure all materials align with company branding standards and reflect a positive, professional image of AMCON.
• Follow company policies and procedures, completeadministrative responsibilities accurately, and supportorganizational goals and values.
• Observe safety and security procedures and properly utilize equipment and materials.
• Attend scheduled meetings, trainings, and collaborative sessions to enhance skills and support team alignment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technicalschool; one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage numerical data accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret information clearly and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Working mathematical knowledge including computing square footage, converting fractions to decimals, and performing basic calculations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
