Customer Experience and Account Coordinator:

Our tight-knit team at AlphaGraphics - US146 is actively seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Account Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. However, you aren't just answering questions-you will own the customer journey. You will act as a blend of a Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, and Project Manager, ensuring that client requests are not only answered but executed flawlessly from start to finish.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assists the executive team with managing orders, tracking production, etc.
  • Suggests appropriate products and services to meet customer needs and budget
  • Assists in following up on leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls, marketing, and email activity
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers
  • Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Executes a variety of marketing functions, including mailings, thank you cards, website, social media, etc.
  • Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Manages the oversight of their jobs through the prepress and production process
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years in retail, inside sales, customer service or executive assistant work
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools a plus
