Full Steam Staffing is hiring Seasonal Print Production Associates!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + applicable shift differential

Schedule: Seasonal / High-Volume Production

Hours: 10–12 hour shifts, up to 7 days per week during peak production periods

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Print Production Associates to support high-volume printing and document production operations during election seasons, special events, and other peak production periods.

This is a fast-paced production position where accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability are essential. Associates will work with printed materials, production orders, quantities, numbers, sequences, and other job-specific information to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Previous printing experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to follow detailed instructions, remain focused while performing repetitive tasks, work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the production process.

• Review and follow written production instructions, work orders, and job specifications.
• Count, sort, organize, inspect, and prepare printed materials.
• Verify quantities, numbers, sequences, and other job-specific information for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to identify missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly produced materials.
• Assist with printing, finishing, packaging, sorting, and preparation of completed print jobs.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while working at a steady production pace.
• Follow established production procedures and quality-control standards.
• Identify and report errors, discrepancies, or production concerns to a supervisor promptly.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet time-sensitive production deadlines.
• Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic throughout each shift.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers, quantities, counting, and sequencing.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive production tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in printing, production, manufacturing, fulfillment, warehouse, packaging, or quality control is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing and able to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods.

This is a seasonal position supporting election production, special events, and other periods of increased customer demand.

During peak production periods, employees must be available to work:

• 10–12 hour shifts
• Up to 7 days per week
• Overtime as required
• Day, evening, night, and/or weekend shifts depending on production needs

Candidates should understand that schedules and hours may increase significantly during peak election and special-event production periods. Flexibility and reliable attendance are essential to the success of this position.
