Job description

Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Print Production Assistant to join a fast-growing manufacturing facility in El Dorado Hills, CA. About the Role:
As a key member of the production team, you will assist press operators in preparing and maintaining all necessary components for print jobs, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of daily production and the overall product quality, making this an ideal role for individuals passionate about manufacturing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support press operators by gathering, inspecting, and staging essential materials such as mounting plates, tooling, inks, and other supplies.
  • Ensure all required materials are available, correctly documented, and ready for use.
  • Participate in routine maintenance, organize tooling, and assist with minor repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Stage, scan, and track materials for inventory management and record-keeping purposes.
  • Inspect incoming materials and finished products to uphold quality standards.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, safety protocols, and production documentation with accuracy.
  • Safely operate pre-staging equipment including cranes, mounting stations, and plate cutters.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and participate in regular cleanup and maintenance activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team efficiency, safety, and meeting production goals.

Shift & Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on shift.
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Overtime may be required based on production demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in print production or manufacturing is preferred, with at least 1 year of related work preferred.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs with assistance.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and production systems such as Radius, are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, organizational skills, and a positive work attitude.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as necessary.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
