Position Overview

As a Finishing Production Associate, you will play a key role in the final stages of production—ensuring products are completed, inspected, and prepared to meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.

Key Responsibilities

•Support production operations by assisting with finishing processes

•Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment

•Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently

•Rotating schedule averaging 7 working days out of every 14-day period

•Overtime may be required based on production volume, business needs, or vacation coverage
