Sensaria is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Warehouse Production Associate to join our Operations team. This is a temp to hire role, and is responsible for supporting daily warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving activities while ensuring products are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and contributes to a positive team culture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and inventory.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, scanning, labeling, and organization.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet Sensaria standards.
  • Assist production teams with material replenishment.
  • Keep warehouse, production, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Additional Role Responsibilities / Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Remain standing and mobile for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently walk throughout the warehouse and production floor.
  • Bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and climb as necessary to complete daily tasks.
  • Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic MS knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Basic understanding of inventory control.
  • Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand instructions and safety procedures.

Role Specific Competencies

  • Experience with shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
  • Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
