POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor Computer Science lab and assist students and faculty with any needs that arise.
*Bob Jones University students only*
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor the labs for cleanliness and orderliness and promote a general atmosphere conducive to learning and study
  • Answer questions from students and faculty
  • Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and software issues

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
  • Must have completed CPS 110 with at least a B-
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good troubleshooting ability
