Flexographic Press Operator (Narrow & Wide Web Printing)

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Shift Differential for 2nd Shift)


Position Overview

We are currently hiring Flexographic Press Operators for both our Narrow Web and Wide Web Printing departments. These roles are responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while operating multi-color flexographic printing presses. This is a skilled position with strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Training will take place on 1st shift until candidates are able to operate independently. No prior flexographic experience? We’re willing to train the right candidate.


Narrow Web Printing Responsibilities

  • Operate multi-color flexographic presses (6-color to 10-color, up to 10” wide)
  • Mount printing plates onto cylinders
  • Mix inks to achieve precise color matching
  • Monitor and adjust press settings to meet customer specifications
  • Ensure consistent print quality throughout production runs

Wide Web Printing Responsibilities

  • Operate flexographic presses printing on tissue paper for the gift wrap industry
  • Work with roll widths ranging from 20.5” to 41”
  • Print jobs typically ranging from 1 to 4 colors
  • Prepare and return finished printed rolls for customer processing
  • Maintain quality standards and efficient machine operation
