Are you a master of first impressions with a hidden talent for design? We are looking for a multitasking superstar to join our team as a Receptionist / Design Assistant. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who loves interacting with people but also enjoys getting creative behind a screen.

What You’ll Do:

  • The Face of the Business: Greet clients with a smile, manage incoming calls, and handle scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
  • The Creative Edge: Use CorelDRAW to create or modify layouts, update business cards, prepare files for print, and handle basic design requests from customers.
  • Smooth Operations: Keep the front office organized while ensuring design proofs are sent out on time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CorelDRAW Proficiency: You don’t need to be a senior art director, basic knowledge around CorelDRAW needed (creating shapes, text manipulation, and file exporting).
  • People Skills: Professional, friendly, and able to handle the front desk.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who catches a typo before it goes to print.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable switching gears from answering phones to adjusting a vector logo.
