Part-Time Nurse - LPN
Location: Prince George, VA 23875
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 10 AM - 2 PM
Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN or RN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
