Job description

We are seeking a dependable and highly skilled Floater to provide non-medical support services to clients throughout Prince George’s County. The Floater will work with various clients and provide coverage and support to ensure care expectations are met.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Conduct client follow-ups and ensure care expectations are met.
Provide quick start support for new clients.
Conduct caregiver training and client/caregiver introduction meetings in the home.
Assist with employee orientations and in-service training.
Provide additional support as needed across assigned clients.
 
Qualifications:
 
Computer literate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Prince George’s County.
LPN preferred, with experience supervising caregivers or staff.
Highly skilled CNA candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership skills will also be considered.
Professional, dependable, flexible, and comfortable working with diverse clients and caregivers.
