POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Prince George, VA
STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION:Prince George County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)
REPORTS TO: Agency Manager
COMPENSATION RANGE:
Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 - $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)
Base Salary: $37,000 - $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Prince George County Farm Bureau Office located in Prince George, VA.
If you are a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual, this position is for you! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations.

  • Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class.

  • Prior sales experience (any industry) helpful but not required.
