Join Our Team as a National Sales Executive - Group Health!
Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in Group Health and technology-enabled healthcare solutions? Do you excel at building strong relationships, developing pipelines, and closing deals that create long-term value? If so, Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU to join our growing team!
As a National Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding Prime's Group Health footprint by cultivating new client relationships, positioning our technology-enabled solutions, and driving revenue growth. You'll serve as the front-line connection to prospective clients-representing the PHS brand at conferences, onsite meetings, and industry events.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospects through regular outreach and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct frequent prospect visits and follow up on proposals, quotes, and sales conversations.
  • Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support relationship-building activities.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and status reports to the VP of Business Development.
  • Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and professional organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Schedule site visits and travel strategically to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Position and sell Prime's technology-enabled solutions with a primary focus on Group Health, including network offerings, platform capabilities, and client integration support.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in workers' compensation, group health, or auto liability markets.
  • 5-7 years of experience in PPO, Bill Review, or Specialty Network sales - with a strong emphasis on Group Health (preferred).

  • Results-driven with a strong negotiation skillset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
