Job description

Love real estate, people, and the thrill of turning a tour into a lease? Prime Group is looking for an outgoing, motivated Leasing Consultant to be the face of our Naples multifamily community — welcoming prospects, closing leases, and helping residents feel right at home.

Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing inquiries, guiding them through the leasing process, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive living experience. This role involves marketing and promoting the apartment community, conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, and maintaining high occupancy rates.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents, sharing details on available apartments, lease terms, and community amenities
  • Lead engaging property tours that showcase model units and available homes
  • Market and promote the community to hit and exceed leasing goals
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from paperwork to move-in day
  • Prepare and review lease agreements with clarity and accuracy
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving resident questions and concerns promptly
  • Build lasting resident relationships that drive renewals and referrals
  • Keep leasing records and property management software up to date
  • Support rent collection, notices, and day-to-day administrative needs
  • Create marketing campaigns, including online listings, social media, and resident events
  • Network with local businesses to generate new leasing leads
  • Partner with property management and maintenance teams to keep the community well-maintained
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community
  • Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office; Rent Manager experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment working with the general public
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
