What You'll Do

As a Bartender at Kayne Prime, you will be the face behind the bar and the energy that drives the Guest experience. You'll craft exceptional cocktails and act as both Ambassador and Experience Guide, ensuring every Guest feels welcome, valued, and inspired to return.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every Guest
    • Crafting drinks with precision, creativity, and consistency
    • Anticipating Guest needs and tailoring the bar experience
    • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar
    • Supporting Team Members through proactive, hands-on assistance
    • Mastering menu knowledge - including wine, spirits, and culinary details
    • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
    • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulations
    • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of bartending or serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
  • Strong spirits, wine, and mixology knowledge
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
