Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Site Superintendent to lead data center construction projects across multiple locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex construction activities, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and the ability to travel as needed to various project sites. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving safety, efficiency, and excellence throughout each phase of data center development.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and clear communication.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and implementation.
  • Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Conduct site safety audits, enforce safety policies including OSHA requirements, and address any hazards promptly.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary.
  • Travel between multiple project sites as required to oversee progress and resolve issues efficiently.
