Job description

Snelling is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager to oversee daily workforce operations across a multi-site campus in Mesquite, TX. This role is responsible for managing associate performance, client communication, and full onsite staffing operations while ensuring workforce needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Location: Mesquite, TX (Multi-site campus support)
Salary: $60,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible coverage between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must be available within operational window)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day onsite staffing operations across multiple client sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client workforce needs and escalations
  • Coordinate associate placement, scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training for new associates
  • Maintain accurate reporting, timekeeping, and compliance documentation
  • Build strong relationships with client leadership and internal recruiting teams
  • Address and resolve workforce issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure staffing levels align with operational demands at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
