Job description

Primary Care Physician

Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
  • See 8–10 patients per day
  • Oversee care with a dedicated support team
  • Share equal call responsibility
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
  • Ensure accurate documentation
  • Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:
