The Pricing Manager, Execution & Operations supports day-to-day execution, operational stability, and continuous improvement for in-club price, sign, and promotional activity. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Pricing, Product, Technology, Operations, Clubs, Merchants, Marketing, and Analytics to resolve execution issues, improve processes, support system enhancements, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure clubs receive clear, consistent direction. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented operator who can manage urgent issues, communicate clearly, identify recurring gaps, and drive follow-through across teams.

Pricing Operations at Sam’s Club supports the processes, systems, analytics, and standards that enable accurate member-facing communication and price leadership across clubs. The team operates at the intersection of signing, promotions, pricing, competitive intelligence, club operations, technology, and member experience. Key areas of focus:
  • In-Club Signing — Maintaining accurate and timely member-facing price communication.
  • Promotional Execution — Supporting accurate setup, communication, and execution of club promotions.
  • Price, Sign & Promo Issue Resolution — Managing tickets, club questions, execution issues, and escalations.
  • Competitive Intelligence — Supporting item matching, price gap insights, reporting, and analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Partnering with Pricing, Merchants, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Analytics.

What you'll do:
  • Own day-to-day support for in-club price, sign, and promotional execution, including tickets, issue resolution, communication, and follow-through.
  • Identify recurring issues, execution gaps, ticket trends, and defects; escalate issues with clear context, business impact, and recommended next steps.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Product, Technology, Operations, Clubs, Merchants, Marketing, and Analytics on issue resolution, process changes, system updates, and execution readiness.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and enhancements impacting pricing, signage, and promotional execution workflows.
  • Maintain documentation, FAQs, support materials, and playbooks that support consistent execution and reduce repeat issues.
  • Support competitive intelligence activities, including reporting, price gap insights, item matching, and in-club signing impacts.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in operations, retail execution, pricing, merchandising, field support, issue management, systems support, analytics support, or related business operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, urgent issues, and high-volume operational work.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
